I am noticing that when the weather changes I am getting migraines, so the weather is supposed to be raining tomorrow (yay we are still 12 inches below normal) and I have a huge headache. However I still got my house work done and rode my exercise bike. I am also hopeful that today was the turning point with my back. I have been babying it for a while and it seems to be a little better, yay! Here's hoping and praying that we continue down that path.

Maybe the atmospheric pressure changes are enough to do that. That's a curious thing! I sometimes get back pain too. I really hate it :P Simple stuff such as vacuuming the house will sometimes trigger it but stuff like swimming or Pilates (and rest of course) help a lot!

I will just randomly wake up with ones sometimes. Most of the time it goes away if I just take it slow and easy for a while.

Insulin spikes cause inflammation. I don't know if it's enough to cause headaches though :P

Unfortunately I just get migraines, =(. They are usually brought on by a lot of stress but lately I have noticed them coming on with the change in weather. Today after it started raining, it was gone. =)

There is less atmospheric pressure after raining so there seems to be a connection. But if you are at that level where the simple change in atmospheric pressure is enough to trigger a headache, that probably means that you are so close to having a headache that the atmospheric pressure is enough to tip things. I would definitely check for sources of inflammation in food :P. I'm not sure about this, of course but I would start there.

This is just my half-baked theory of course ;)

I meant to say there is "higher" atmospheric pressure after raining lol. Sorry for that :P
