I feel like shit! i am not loosing weight and I am following the diet!!! ok so friday I had a 1/2 of a cupcake and a peice of tree tavern pizza when I got home from work @ midnight... other than that I've been doing great.. according to my biggest loser weight in @ work I lost 3 pounds... I guess I should pick one type of weight in and stick with it... i weight myself every morning @ home... get weighted once a week @ work.. and the biggest loser wii weights me.. they are ALL different! WTH?? the one at home goes up and down like crzy! I usually do it in the morning.. maybe i should still weight every morning to keep on track but pick one day to record the weight in... i dont know... it gets discourging looking at a yoyo on a graph...

as far as work goes on fridays its soooo damn hard.. they have so much shit there! cupcakes this week.. chips.. ugh! i try so hard! usaully i'd have two cup cakes one choclate one van. but this week i had 1/2 van... and the chips make me insane! i did great not eating them but went home and blow it when I saw the pizza! damn it! oh well new day! i'm going to do good today.. going to do yoga @ 10...
yoga was great feel so much better now!! took scooby for a longer walk bc I missed it yesterday... going to sandi's today to watch the game... I need a plan to stay focused and not eat a bunch of junk!

I'm going to buy myself stuff when I reach goals..

190 havent thought that far.... wow why hasn't it even registered in my brain that I could reach that goal???? maybe bc I'm taking it one step at a time?? yeah I'll go with that..
when i'm 150 i'm dyeing my hair back to blonde..
did great tonight... got my period so that explains the one pound gain.. i used to gain any where from 5 to 10 every month! bruce streswsed me out tonight with his bullshit... i handled myself well... part of me miss him but the other part not so much... i need to gain control and move foward

I am 42 years old and weigh 260 at 5ft 5inches tall. This is the most I have ever weighed in my life and I hate it. Been up and down my whole life. Thinnest I ever was was 150 as an adult. I then worked 2 jobs. Not much time to eat. I live in south dakota =, all meat and potatoes. Havent heard about a tree tavern pizza since I moved from nj. 15 years ago. God their good.!!!!! lol!! yes they are good!! too good! my heaviest was 270... i had lap band and lost 70 but keep yoyoing from there! keep positive! I think this place helps!!! ... and ps isnt it great how jersey is cool now??? I mean we always knew it but now there are so many jersey shows! and chris christy is making national news! I love it!
