have decided not to enter food/exercise every day as it seems to remind me that i'm on a diet and its like a mental block that tells me i need to eat..strange i know but it works for me.doing ok this wk..lost 2lb so fingers crossed i'll do the same next wk..also started zumba classes,fantastic the best exercise i've ever done and it makes you laugh :D...
