wow feel like absolute garbage def no drinking got up to do cardio this am and was a no go ate pretty crappy all day not too bad but not up to my standards and just feel sick
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
