Starting to notice some differences. nothing major but still 14lbs helped shed an inch here and there. I need to measure myself to keep track of how many inches I lose. I'll buy a measuring tape and post my info later today or sometime tomorrow.
On another positive note...I have been to the gym every day since 1-5-11. I am also going to try some all natural supplements and take a vitamin to help make some healthy habits.
