I did bad. My excuse was that my birthday is coming up and I am starting a new challenge on my birthday so why not give in? I know it wasn't a good excuse, but now I have no more excuses. No more dates I can say I will wait for. I am going to do a mud run in May and I want to do well. I can't have my mom showing me up. I have prepared for this challenge made out a calendar of workouts and am very excited.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's ok, we all have set backs, especially birthdays :) but it's cool, just gotta get back on the horse and blitz the workouts (with adequate rest in between!) xx
