Did you have more energy?: Yes!!
Did you feel deprived?: No, but there were a few more cravings this week. Possibly due to PMS or the Atkins bars I had.
Did you cheat any?: No! But man, those doughnuts look good every morning!!!!!!!!
How many times did you eat out at a restaurant?: 1 (Charleston's)
How many minutes of exercise?: 0, but I did try and take the stairs more this week.

Only 9 pounds left! WOW!

This week was tougher. I had some major cravings this week. I think most of them were related to PMS, but also perhaps they were related to eating some Atkins bars. I didn't purchase any more of the atkins bars for the coming week, so we will see if that helps. They are just so handy to keep in the pocket of my white coat so I can have a snack in between surgeries (and not be tempted by the free cookies in the physician's lounge). We'll see how it goes.

Went out to eat for the first time on Atkins last night with DH. We did really well and I am relieved to find that it didn't blow my weigh-in.

Goals for the week:
1.) Start tracking water intake to make sure I'm getting enough.
2.) Take the stairs at every chance and even try to do extra sets if you have a couple minutes off.
3.) No Atkins bars.
