Monday,

Woke up feeling kind of tired & stuffy headed, ya know what that could mean, I just dread the thought of getting/being sick. Just like everybody else...I don't have time for that crap! Feeling kinda sorry for myself as I sit here & sniffle...Grrrrrrrrr!

No excercise this morning, and I can't help but wonder if it would have helped or not. Would love a nap, but I know that won't happen...they frown on that at work...LOL!

I wanted to say thanks for all the wonderful comments on my journal from Friday, as crappy as I feel today, you all made me smile!

Yea, I have an upper respiratory infection and feel awful. I don't wish it on anyone. I can't wait to feel better and work out. The only good thing is I have no appetite and I'm losing weight.
