I was good this week but I didn't lose any weight feel sad about that, but I stayed the same so that was better then putting on I just like to see a weight lose even if its just little. Will keep going and want give up I did all my challengers so I did good there.
167.1 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
