Doing a whole lot better. I am returning to eating healthy every day. I ran yesterday for an hour + in a different area so my body is adjusting and sore still. I say, "Awesome!" to that.
118.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
