Been eating SANE for a couple of days now. Real hard to eat any starches or sweets on this regimen. There just is no appetite or cravings left when consuming 10 servings of non-starchy veggies/day. It is even hard to get all of my protein in without a conscious effort. I'm sure it will become easier as I get used to it. I made a spinach and avocado smoothie yesterday and that killed my appetite for the entire day. I'll have to cut back on the spinach next time.
Had my chia, flax, and hemp cereal again this AM. Great way to get huge amounts of nutrients and fiber without raising blood sugar (thus insulin requirements) at all.
