made beef stew last night. I put white potatoes in it. thats the only thing I can think of that would make me gain.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Wheat Belly WOE   gaining 0.7 lb a week

Your body will fluctuate 1-4 pounds from day to day based on all kinds of things from how much water you drank and how much food is in your stomach (poop too). Don't concentrate on the day to day weight differences and focus on body fat calipers, waist and other measurements.

Take one day a week and make it your "official" weigh in day. That way you can account for your body's changes over 7 days instead of day to day. I do weigh each day but only Friday is official (that's my Weight Watchers meeting day); the rest is for informal managing of the day's food intake and exercise output (which I'm working harder to do right). I only record Friday's weight here as well.

Too much sodium? Hormones? Could be so many things. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations.
