Well, here it is Feb. 9th and even though I've been following the diet really good and writing everything down, I still weigh 184, with no weight loss since January 14th. I thought by now I would have at least gone down another pound or two. I'm afraid if I don't see a weight loss soon, I'll get discouraged and quit. I would be the happiest if I went down at least 2 pounds. My first goal is to get my weight back under 180 then I'll set another goal. But right now, I'm stuck. I'd walk on my treadmill, but with my bad knee and hip; I can't. I was in pain and suffered all last night with my bad knee so as much as I would like to walk on my treadmill, I'm afraid I'll make a bad situation worse.
