Wow today was horrendous. I don't think I've ever had that many points ever...well I'm sure I've had more but never tracked it.

Today I was ravenous all day and when I got home at 6:30 I had dinner, was never satisfied and then continued to pick at stuff until now.

I'm now stuffed and feel ill and so stupid for letting myself do that. I basically used all my flex points in the first day of the week and then some! ahhh! What is wrong with me!?

Well I could blame it on the fact that aunt flo came to visit, but I think I'm emotionally eatting and just should have stayed out of the kitchen after dinner or gone to the gym. That idea passed through my head for a fleeting moment but quickly got replaced of thoughts of pretzels, frozen yogurt, vitamuffins. I wanted anything sweet or salty...weird not one or the other but both. I just wanted to eat I think it did not really matter what it was.

Boo I'm so mad at myself, but I suppose tommorrow is a new day and I need to be good the rest of the week and track my points throughout the day instead of waiting until 9:45 to tally up my damage!

On a positive note I did lose weight at my weigh in tonight at my ww meeting.

I hope today didn't totally sabotage my next week weigh in because I was really on a roll and want to lose this weight once and for all!

Well, I've never noticed how similar we are weight wise. We started at the same weight. And we've been here about the same amount of time. You are a little less than me, though. Let's do this together! We obviously have very similar eating habits, as I go up and down as well. Until a few days ago, I was in a real slump. I was feeling lousy. Probably a virus, but I don't know for sure. And I couldn't stop eating. I avoided the scale for a week. And then on my weigh in day, I had gained ten pounds! Now, it didn't stay there. But it shook me into action and I had one tough first day back! But it was good for me. I had to really struggle and concentrate the whole day. I was VERY careful about what I ate all day, and the next day it was easier, and now I'm back! Just buckle down tomorrow. You can do it! In less than a week, I'm almost back to where I was before the spike on the scale. And you can do it too!
