Wasn't too sure what was going on. Looked better in the mirror, fat around my lower abs and upper chest was noticeably less, but the scale moved either not at all or just above. Wasn't going to do my refeed today due to this but decided to anyway as I did put in 5 days of rough work in the gym. But where I usually have a 4-5lb surge in weight by this time due to water weight, the scale is still the same. So...on to next week!
