i'm so sad and upset with self.....

Monday and Tuesday I wasn't up to par and my stomach was messing with me so I didn't eat much. Came Wednesday night, family had in front of me pizza which was "coinsidently" on my mind already, and of course that became my dinner. I thought to myself, I'll recoup tomorrow. Well for dinner again last night Thursday... chicken sandwich from Mcdonald's and 2 slices of leftover pizza.... WAAAAAAHHHHH

and I just feel like I actually gain all I lost back instantly. Pray for me!!!! Please someone, pray for me.

Girl, you HAVE to stop beating yourself up!! the more depressed you feel, the harder it's going to be. It's ok to be upset with yourself... just be mad, then ask yourself 'what can I do to make MYSELF better?' then start TODAY! dont wait till tomorrow, just think: those extra calories/fat today will slow me down tomorrow...I WILL hit the ground running! :D Dont forget to LOVE YOURSELF!!!, you'll be ok!

Thanks, TMartin... i needed that slap back to reality. Brush it off, stand up and just start walking... I felt the sluggish this morning, but hey, right now counts. Right! So i'm going to go and take me a walk. Why can't family be this supportive? Thanks, again!!!

That's right girl, shake it off! You just have to get through the beginning & get some momentum. It may take a little time to feel your way through this process to get a groove going, but it will happen as long as you don't give up. I assure you that you will be tested frequently all along the way, so you have to be up for the challenge! You didn't think this was going to be all smooth sailing, did you? You are being tested & forced to decide if you really want this. If you do, you're gonna have to work for it, baby. But it will be more than worth it, & we'll have your back the whole way! YOU CAN DO IT!!!
