I gained this week, but I completely deserved it. I didn't go to the gym and I got lax on the other healthy 9 guidelines.
This week I switching back to the Simply Filling WW program to help get back on track. I'm limiting myself to 20oz of Diet coke a day and WILL get 100oz of water a day.
This should be a good week.
