Day 9. Well I suppose I started my morning off on a good note. I did an "unofficial" weigh-in on myself and I was actually 155.4 vice yesterday's 156.8. I'm only recording my Thursday morning weigh-ins though-I'm curious about how my body responds to diet and exercise within a known variable. I also decided to not PT (exercise)today. My eating today was terrible, I was babysitting at a friend's house during our lunch break and I had a Coca-Cola, chips, and dip. Not to mention I never realized a blueberry cake donut from Dunkin Donuts has 360 calories! They are so...well...unfulfilling! Lesson learned, no more babysitting and no more Dunkin Donuts!
