Today is the first day of my diet in the weight loss challenge. So far so good. I have eaten eggs with tomato, coffee with almond milk and stevia, mangos with almonds and 32 oz. of water by 1 p.m. still have to drink 50 oz by bedtime.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
