I said I would only be disappointed if it was less than five. It's five. I'm pretty happy to lose it. It's just because it's a first weigh in and usually you get to lose a ton and this was over nine days. That just means my body chose to spread out the time. It'll be more gradual but, most importantly, hopefully sustainable.
Oh, and I need to remember I get 36 points now, not 37!

Friday (but really Sunday, since it's 3:45 AM!)
I felt like I had really a disastrous dinner so I really didn't want to type it in. I didn't plan ahead, had already had an iced cap and got fries, since I didn't like the soup of the day (but I could have gotten a salad). I had chocolate at Moz, but very little because I was afraid of the results.
Total point amounts: 41+1
That's five into flex (with my new point amount of 36), which really isn't that bad! Either way, I'm proud of myself for tracking it instead of just thinking of the day as a loss and getting myself off-track. I hope I remembered everything I ate. I'm lucky that pumpernickel is not bad on points!! I nibbled a little on nacho cheese, so I think I'll add a point just in case and make it six flex.
