Started running and the muscles are retaining glycogen and water since they're a bit sore. Body fat percentage has had a sharp drop, down 0.5% in the past week and 1.1% since I started dieting overall.

BMR - 2143
Average RMR - 2225
Body Fat % - 35
233.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 69.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
