Back from vacation. Back to Atkins, this yoyo thing I am doing isn't working out very well. I have lost 90lbs in the past, why is this so hard this time.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
