Down 31 lbs and over 10 percent of my body weight. People should really stop worrying about Plateaus, they are just adjustment periods. Eventually your body gives it up.
267.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

AMEN! Every time I start to get anxious about not having a drop on the scale I remind myself that if I keep doing the things I know are healthy, the scale will eventually catch up to me. And it always does eventually! :D
