Doing great! I'm feeling better, healing better, sleeping better, and I'm just eating to near perfection! I'm very excited (can you tell?) and loving all of the food I put in front of myself. My omega 6:3 ratio and actually getting enough fat in my diet was a problem for me before, but with the addition of drinking a coconut milk shake, this becomes much easier as the fats are saturated and not polyunsaturated. Also, I've added smoked salmon, as well as blackened or overcooked (less fish taste). Grass-fed beef, eggs with a better omega profile, and sausages also help keep everything in check.

I'm still getting my greens in and keeping my carbs low, so I'm meeting all of my micronutrient goals (exceeding them, actually).

It's very easy to stay lean on Paleo as you completely eliminate all of the unfulfilling foods such as wheat and legumes. I never thought I could do without either of those, as they have always been a staple in nearly every meal I ate, but I honestly enjoy food now more than I ever have. It was as if I was forced to explore the world of food and see what else was out there, and boy is it exciting!
