Seems like the gods don't want me to exercise, either work calls, or someone gets sick. I suppose her illness isnt my blame for not going, but it makes sense in my mind.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I totally understand the deal though - walking alone isn't really fun nor is it safe in many places. Can I suggest taking a dog with you and listening to your iPod?
