Okay, so I am still waiting to hit the 10% of my goal milestone! I didn't eat well at all yesterday and I found out that a salad I thought was my friend is NOT!
(**Hint, if your favorite restaurant does not have nutritional info listed, email them and ask. I got it back right away and was shocked!)
The late night snack didn't help either, but I was so hungry I was shaking and decided I would take the hit on the calories.
Today I am back on track...at least I didn't gain!! :o)
