Did everything right yesterday and the weight is the same. I think it takes a few days to show up. No formal exercise, but several hours of leisurely walking. Feeling good and energetic. :)
190.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
