This thing says I should eat 2200 calories. I've put it at 1500 because that seems like so much. But the days I don't work and I'm near a refrigerator I do not stick to my diet. I eat and eat and eat. Must do better.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
