Made this mini-goal. Back under my pre-Christmas weight. Marathon training starts for real on Sunday. I'd like to make my final goal by Marathon day. May 4th. Can I do that and still maintain enough nutrition to fuel my long runs?
137.0 lb Lost so far: 91.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.5 lb a week
