well, I totally over did it last night. I can't believe I ate so much and all of it was horrible!! I knew what I was doing and I didn't care... I was going to "cheat" and if I am going to "cheat" I am going to go all the way... So... I wake up this morning and weight 2lbs more then I did yesterday. I am assuming that is water retention from the salt of the food. I had a hot dog, a double cheeseburger a small box of soft batch choc. chip cookies and a small thing of choc. doughnuts. Needless to say, I didn't feel to good after I ate all that food. Good grief, just writing that in this journal is hard. Oh, well... off to a good new week. I was going to weigh in today but I am not going to record it...185.2, yesterday I was 183.8. Even so at 183.8... that is good and better then I was a week ago while I was gaining every time I stepped on the scales and got up to 185 I've got to try something a little different I think. I've been on my plan but perhaps I need to start using my points different. I have been exercising a lot, I am sure that is helping. I just need to get a grip on the diet part. Perhaps I should start eating more fruits or veggies for snacks during the day rather then the diet snacks. I noticed that I am eating as many points in snacks a day as I am for dinner which tends to me the meals where I eat the most. I might also want to start eating more in breakfeast and lunch and less at dinner. Well, here is a cheers to a new week!

Here's to a new week! You will do it. Just try to plan ahead. Change things up and see what works best for you. I have to eat every 4 hours or I go into "robot mode" and stuff all kinds of junk food in my mouth.
