Still struggling along slowly here. The odd slip up, but managing to keep things under control for the most part. Was actually doing really well until a couple of nights ago when I came home from work ultra stressed out. I ended up eating a peanut butter sandwich and having 8 bourbon & cola's :O The next morning I was actually about a kg lighter, but because I felt abit hungover I made some bad choices for food that day and then it just escalated. Trying to get back on the low carb wagon today and thus far have managed fine. Weigh in is in two days and no doubt I will not have any loss because any I lose now will just fix the gain that I've had from that bad day. Does that make sense?
Exercise has also been off. I've had problems with my bad leg swelling, especially in the ankle so have been trying to rest it abit. It has finally come down, but the leg is still abit achy. I will have to make the effort to walk this evening because the dog is almost bouncing off the walls. Think it will be mince for tea tonight, because its quick and easy, though I do tend to overeat with it because it's so yummy!
