I started this new lifestyle of eating when i was diagnoised with diabetes in December 2013. since that time i have tried to watch my carb intake and have lost 16 lbs. i wanted to start new today with fatsecret to also start cutting my fat intake and i want to be able to see these changes on paper.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
