Oh i guess i'll give this journal thingy a try. Today I ate pretty well, it started off bad b/c at 2 am i ate 3 bowls of cereal b/c i was starving after my like 1300 calorie day yesterday. My sis says i didn't consume enough, so that's why i was starving in my sleep. probably. . . but when i woke up I felt bad b/c that meant i could only consume 1500 and I really need 2000 to feel satisfied. Well, I consumed 2500 anyways. I will do better tomorrow. It is 9 and i'm not hungry, so i think i needed that 2000. I went to the gym and did a kickboxing class, it was awesome, i'm still not sweating as much as I want to in that class, but i'm doing my best. I walked for 20 min after class. I was probably at 80% exertion. which is awesome b/c I did a 3.0 / 3.6 interval. I was previously doing a 2 min at 3.0 and 1 min at 3.6...today i did a 2 min/2 min split...it was HARD...but I got my 20 min mile. I felt really accomplished! All in all, WHOO HOO, GO TAMARA!
