Calling my daily walk a hike today d/t the heavy snow I had to walk/wade through.

All-in-all was an excellent day. So far, I haven't had any trouble with the limited amount of food I'm taking in or with getting out and taking my hikes/walks. Making wonderful progress with losing the weight.

I know people should only lose 2-3 lbs every week, but I feel that eventually, within the next month or two, I'll plateau out and lose weight at a slower rate. I'm not dieting to lose weight, I'm making a lifestyle change for my health. What I set my RDI, what I choose to eat, and how I choose to exercise is exactly the way I wish to live the rest of my life. So I look at my rapid weight lose just my body trying to get caught up with my life.
