Wow. I do believe my colors changed from Red to Orange. Now that the holidays are over, I think I can pick up the pace with the weight loss. Thus far, i've been averaging about .9 lbs a week. I want to increase that to 2 lbs a week. And how will I do that, you ask? Well, i'm easing back into my exercising. Taking walks during lunch breaks or making it to the gym to get on the treadmill. I've also kind of tweeked my strategy a little bit. Actually a lot. I'm going to try to go back to the basics and count calories in vs. calories out. I'm going to keep my daily calorie intake to 1200 max. And with the exercise that i"m doing (so far, just walking and a little yoga), I should see the weight loss. My next weigh in is Jan. 24, so I am hoping to see another 4 lbs lost by then. :) Plus, I am eager to hit my next goal because boy do I need a mani/pedi... I've already earned my appointment to the spa for a facial. Yay for me!
