I am guessing getting sick and eating extremely little over the course of 4 days probably is the biggest explanation of the weight drop. Of course it could also mean the hypothyroidism cycle is in the downward phase.
280.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 102.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
