I did my first kettle bell workout (since I started Atkins) last night. So I expected a little bit of a gain as my muscles repair themselves. That and .4 is no biggie after a 5.4 lbs loss the week before =)
169.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
