I'm quite happy today. Yesterday was my indulgence day and I ate some of the things I love (a sausage, cheese, popcorn and chocolate... yes, ALL that!). I was very cautious to eat only very small portions of each, and I also made sure I did some exercise. I got very close to my RDI, but still all green so it was not too bad.

Today I'm back to behaving properly, and will also aim to exercise. The work in the office has been quite stressful but my happiness has been more :) So I hope it keeps like this during the week.
