DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIGURE IN VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS?
i'm taking up to 1350 calories of vitamins and supplements daily, but I want to maintain a 1500 calorie daily intake for food. This will give me almost 2900 daily calories..OMG!!!! Should I cut back? Does vitamins and other herbal pills even count when it comes to calories?

that's crazy! I haven't looked at how many calories my vitamin is.. it's an adult gummy vitamin so I can't imagine it's going to be low... what kind of vitamins are you taking? Are they capsules?

alot of it is herbalife stuff... multivatims, metabolism booster, nutrient enhancers, weight loss booster. 6 different bottles but taking 3 pills of each a day with calories ranging from 60 to 90 calories per pill.... it's crazy!
