Im thinking about going green! leaving all meat and dairy products alone! this wil be hard i know but its well worth it! Today i started a fast to cleanse and ready my system... Watch out for me...
275.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 17.5 lb a week

Although going green is great for your health and your weight loosing speed it's something I couldn't maintain over a long period. I think it's easier to diet for a long period if you don't restrict ingredients. Instead I choose to reduce the amount of calories I eat each day. This will also help when I want to stop loosing weight... Good luck! Maintain your enthusiasm!
