1. Eat a healthy dinner by 7PM every day.

this is my biggest problem... sometimes I get so caught up at home preparing dinner for everyone else and getting things done before night ends that I tend to not stop and take time to eat. I'll wait until I'm settle then i'll get my last meal for the day.
303.0 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 153.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
