Well, I just don't think my breakfeast was worth 8.5 points! I think I'll still to my bran and berries at 2-3 points! I've been feeling like I'd like to workout or at least walk today but I am sore from yesterday so I think I might just rest up today.

I've been thinking about strtching all day knowing it would be good for me, I also need to start before and after each workout. I am going to do some research on-line for that tonight.
