Last january i weighed just above 11st and i know weigh 9.5st. i lost alot of weight whilst i was ill and have managed to keep it off by avoiding sugary foods. I am currently trying to get onto the atkins diet programme but am having difficulty in leaving my fave fruit behind...i LOVE fruit. its going ok though *thumbs up*. plenty of fish, chicken and green vegetables :D x
