I'm expending my afternoons playing petanca. That is making my muscles work, is making me go tired to bed and is accelerating the weight loosing speed.

After the first week I've lost 2.5 Kg from my planned 1+.

The great news is that I find the diet manageable and I'm not suffering at all to carry on.



Estoy pasando las tardes jugando a la pentanca. Esto ayuda a desentumecer los músculos, a llegar cansado a la cama y a perder peso con mayor velocidad.

Tras la primera semana he perdido 2.5 Kg. desde mi 1+ planificado.

Lo mejor es que la dieta es muy llevadera y no estoy pasando nada de hambre.
