So I lost 5.2 pounds this week which was very shocking. But I'm glad I lost as much as I did. But that makes this week just as more tough. I hope to keep it up only 10 more pounds until my 5% goal. Lets hope I can do it.

I've been working out regularly every day for at least 45 minutes if not more. I just need the weather to get better so I can go on walks and not freeze to death.

So far so good but so much more to go...
