Well, I might not be losing much weight but I am losing inches so that is cool! I figured I'd pull out the ol' tape measure today and check. The last time I did this which was before I started working on my health I was 44 inches around the biggest part of my waste. I am 41 inches today. Thats 3 inches and I'll take it! I've really gotten into working out, it feels really good. I've got to be careful not to over do it. I might take a break tomorrow.

I am pretty excited, we found some new India sauces in the international section yesterday goin try some tonight for dinner. 1 serving is 2 points... I've got extra so that will be yummy... I hope.
