Wow!!! 6 pounds in a week, i guess thats what happns when you dont eat everything!!!! welp all is going good, lets keep up the good work.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
