Ok I must admit, I LOVE Pumpkin Mims!!! Is there such a thing as addicted to ground flaxseed meal? hehehehe

2336 kcal Fat: 186.57g | Prot: 111.96g | Carb: 54.68g.   Breakfast: Bacon (Cured, Microwaved, Cooked), Kroger Eggs (Large). Lunch: Mushrooms, Ranch Salad Dressing, Salami, Kroger Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Fresh Express Baby Spinach, Boiled Egg. Dinner: Jif Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter, Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese. Snacks/Other: Vanilla Extract, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Cinnamon, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Butter, Egg, Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin, Bob's Red Mill Organic 100% Whole Ground Golden Flaxseed Meal. more...

I had never tried ground flaxseed until I read people raving about it here on FS. Now, I've started sprinkling it on my yogurt and salads. I'm going to have to give the Pumpking MIMs a try.

It is muffins in minutes...go to genaw.com for great recipes or just google in muffins in minutes and they have tons of recipes, you will however need ground flaxseed. they are delivious
