Still working on my mantra. It feels like a struggle....some part of me says, hey that looks delicious we NEED that. I respond with ....doesn't serve me. In the long run, not worth it.
Playing around with different foods.....thinned out some store bought soup with vegetable broth but upped the flavor with garlic, onion and sun dried tomatoes. Big salad.
I've lost three pounds....was that just grain bloat? I'm not weighing again until Saturday. Zero weight workout, but a light run today.
