I DID GREAT TODAY AFTER DOING SO BAD YESTERDAY. I was below my points and spent 10 hours or more doing spring cleaning, even if it is winter. It was cold so I had nothing else to do. I lost track of time with all the stuff I had to do and was not really hungry much to do. I"m keeping my fingers crossed that I will to just as good tomorrow as I have today. I'm totally water logged, I think I probably drank about a gallon of water or more today.
